Jul 6, 2017 · Create a page style for your first pages (with Roman numerals): Styles and Formatting sidebar (F11) - Page Styles - right-click on blank space and choose New.... In the Page Style dialog, go to Page tab, and adjust Page numbers: under Layout Settings category to use Romans. Make sure that on Organizer tab, the Next style: is set to itself.

Nov 13, 2015 · MAC OS 10.10.5 LibreOffice v 5.0.22. I have tried to follow every direction listed in “help” and I cannot do this. I wish no page numbers on the first two pages, roman numerals on the next three, then regular numbers for the rest of the document. What are the steps to do this? Many of the instructions tell me to click on an item which does not even exist in my LibreOffice.

Now I want to have the first pages up through the TOC to have page numbers in Roman numerals and the rest of the book to use Arabic numerals (restarting at 1).
Oct 4, 2016 · An easier workaround is to use the Linux Libertine G font with the “circ=2” parameter. That’s it, on the font name for the character style used to the “anchor” of the notes, write. Linux Libertine G:circ=2. This way a Graphite substitution will be activated and numbers will be displayed between parenthesis.
