Feb 23, 2022 · Singapore Land Group recorded a net profit attributable to equity holders (“PATMI”) of $331.2 million for the year ended 31 Dec, 2021. The 267 per cent increase from $90.2 million in the previous year is mainly due to fair value gain on investment properties and a one-off disposal gain.

Feb 26, 2024 · For the financial year ended 31 December 2023, SingLand posted a net profit attributable to equity holders (net attributable profit) of $270.8 million. Excluding net fair value gain on investment properties, the Group recorded a net attributable profit of $188.6 million.
