Aug 2, 2023 · To check / correct your current account settings, from within Outlook, click on "File", then. #1 - Make sure the Singtel POP account is selected. #2 - Click on "Account Settings. #3 - Click on "Server Settings". #4 - Click on "Outgoing Server" tab. #5a - Check the box for "My SMTP server requires authentication.
May 21, 2019 · It only happened with Singnet POP account. The problem is with OUTLOOK 2019. He suggested a workaround which worked. 1. Close Outlook 2019. 2. Go to Control System and choose Outlook from there. As I see only OUTLOOK 2016, even though I did NOT install Outlook 2016, I selected it as there was no other OUTLOOK icon.
