Jan 23, 2020 · Today just noticed that new line signed with SingTel will have $500 12mth recontract fee instead of the usual $350. Thus even tho I have it as Key Line under SingTel Circle I have to pay $150. Anyone think contradict with their advertisement as free handset upgrade annually? :s13::s13:
Apr 15, 2020 · From the singtel app, make sure you are logged in via your one account, then click More, which is the right most icon on the bottom right. Under My orders, there is a service agreement line that let's you view all your contracts in PDF. I can even access the contracts of mobile lines I no longer have.

Dec 21, 2013 · Hi all, my Singtel mobile plan contract will be expiring in Feb 2014. Does anyone know how much I have to pay to recontract now? And what methods are there if I wish to recontract now without paying the extra amount? I have been a singtel customer for probably 10 years now.. Can I ask for a voucher? If so, how much can I ask for? Thanks in advance!
May 20, 2017 · 1) Be SingTel Circle customer (Mobile + mioTV + mioVoice + SingNet Fibre Broadband). 2) Be Prestige customer (ie: be richass and let SingTel milk you.) 3) Be SingTel - UOB credit card holder 4) Upgrade your combo plan 5) Recontract online (via singtelshop.com). Iirc, delivery is more expensive than pay the $10.70 anyway, so it's your choice.
Oct 13, 2023 · I have a Singtel 1GPS broadband plan, paying $46.64/ month. I am happy with it. I have it for many years. In the past, when I recontract for another two years, I will choose same plan, and then usually the promo in exchange for recontract is about $5 discount every month and I think also give other freebies like prime video or something.

Do i have to activate anything? I did not get any new sim card; i only receive the new phone and thats it. Apparently its not activated to...
Nov 4, 2023 · I gana from singtel , really piseed off by their way of charging customers. When I recontract, I whatsapp n told them I don't want any add on any service charges. I only want monthly the amount stated. They reply ok. Then after 3 months, all add on add into my bills!

Now looking to recontract and happen to see Singtel has this promo 1+1Gbps comes with Asus RT-AX86U. I've already ditch away Singtel Airties Mesh for the first 7 days of usage and change to Asus RT-AC86U 2 years ago. Questions is:
Nov 4, 2018 · I do not have the need to negoitate with Singtel yet as the SMS recontract offers in 2018/2020 were good enough for me. I upgraded my plan from 500Mbps bunled plan (out of contract) to 1Gbps plan plus seperated Singtel TV plan back in Sept 2018 in the Singtel shop.
