Apr 15, 2020 · From the singtel app, make sure you are logged in via your one account, then click More, which is the right most icon on the bottom right. Under My orders, there is a service agreement line that let's you view all your contracts in PDF. I can even access the contracts of mobile lines I no longer have. Last edited: Apr 15, 2020.
Dec 21, 2013 · I recently did, but note how you recontract can mean paying more or less, the site is very inconsistent. Eg. I wanted to switch to Easy Mobile plan but you don't get $30 off handset if you do, and you have to pay for SIM card and registration extra, an extra $40+, (because I needed to change to the new Nano SIM for the new phone).
Jan 23, 2020 · Today just noticed that new line signed with SingTel will have $500 12mth recontract fee instead of the usual $350. Thus even tho I have it as Key Line under SingTel Circle I have to pay $150. Anyone think contradict with their advertisement as free handset upgrade annually? :s13::s13:

Jan 23, 2020 · Problem lies that, my Singtel bill is fully paid by company, but this recontract thing is my own pocket, still think SingTel trying to chop their loyal customers. $500 upgrade - $350 -$120 (Singtel prestige), I need to pay $30 now, instead offsetting $120 from phone price. Prev.

Dear all experts, My SIngtel 1Gbps contract is up, monthly fee has becomes $47, and currently Singtel does not offers 1Gbps plan anymore. it's 2Gbps will cost me $56 if i recontract. which i do not wish to do so, in order to save some money on bills. i wanted to switch to a cheaper plan.
