May 2, 2019 · Next set of options, wait 10 seconds, and then the option to speak to a customer care officer shows up. This isn't really a big problem. It's just something I noticed; it seems Singtel wants to actively avoid people talking to the customer care officer by making it seem like it isn't an option.
