Mar 31, 2020 · This is the BEST banana bread recipe I have Ever made (Don’t tell my mom who prides her recipe as the best). We have allergies so I used Aquafaba (3 tablespoons for 1 egg) and vegan butter and it was amazing. Thank you Smitten Kitchen!!

Feb 13, 2020 · This is the PERFECT lasagna! We had a Smitten Kitchen Christmas dinner- this lasagna and the yule log/cake roll. My nephew and niece notified me at Thanksgiving that they are now vegetarians – I remembered seeing this lasagna recipe so it went on the menu. The lasagna was a hit with everyone – and was wiped out.

Nov 14, 2006 · I *heart* Smitten Kitchen! Just had to say it… So, my mom swears by this bread – she’s been baking breads of many varieties for maybe 40 years, and LOVES this one. She doubles the recipe (but NOT the yeast) and bakes it in a 6 qt cast iron dutch oven.
