Edit: I misunderstood. You meant opening account at foreign bank branches in Brunei. I am eager to know current TT fees of different banks operating in Brunei. I think MoneyMatch is registered to AMBD as remittance service similar to Western Union but the money goes straight from bank account to bank account.

Within 3 Working days i saw my car loan payment has been paid and reflected via Baiduri Finance app/website. So yea~ check with your bank. TAIB is a bit "stone-age" in terms of banking efficiency.
