Old Sarum - The Stonehenge Tour. The tour takes you by Old Sarum, you can get off on the return trip and explore here, it is a huge earthwork raised in about 500BC by Iron Age settlers and later occupied by Romans, Saxons and Normans.
All you need to do is arrive within opening hours and show your Stonehenge Tour all inclusive ticket at the welcome desk. Please be aware that there is an audio tour provided at the Stonehenge site, this is subject to an additional charge by English Heritage and is not included in your Tour ticket.

Travel to Salisbury - The Stonehenge Tour. Getting to Salisbury by train and bus is easy and with the tour picking up right outside the station it couldn’t be more convenient! Salisbury is approximately 90 miles from London. For local buses, see: Salisbury Reds.
To find out how long it takes to visit Stonehenge itself, visit the English Heritage Website, there are tips on what to see if you have a limited amount of time. We would advise that you leave about 5 hours to make the complete trip if you are visiting Stonehenge, Old Sarum and the Cathedral.
