[Taka] Fansubs started out with subbing Naruto Shippuuden after Dattebayo decided to drop the series and it continues to the main series Taka is known for.
wcoanimesub(dot)tv have shippuden with Taka fansub and it has 720p. Im also finding sites with Taka fansubs for Shippuden and I found it. You can also download from it.

Taka is technically closing down, but Kurama is beginning Source: https://www.facebook.com/TakaFansubs. Taka was suggesting Kurama when others were suggesting Hatsuyuki. I'm going to go with Taka's advice. Edit: Looking at the episodes it does seem like "Taka" is actually "Kurama" now.

As far as I know, Hatsuyuki has their own website (last time I checked) and Taka is pretty much gone. Don't know if there's anywhere you can download their subs. Personally don't like Crunchyroll subs, but at this point I listen rather than read the subs more so it doesn't even matter.
