Walk-in at Town Council Office; The service is available from Mondays to Fridays between 2 to 5 pm. The applicant is to give at least 2 working days advance notice upon request (except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). Town Council will remove up to 3 items each time, once a month.
You have to apply for a permit at either one of the two Town Council's offices. We allow advance booking of up to 6 months for our facilities so, remember to book the space early to avoid disappointment as it is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Jul 1, 2023 · S&CC is due on the first day of every month and payable, without demand from the Town Council, by the lessees and tenants of the Housing and Development Board (HDB) flats, shops / offices and market / food stalls within Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC and Marymount SMC.
The Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council has constantly strived to improve public facilities, create community spaces for active living and refresh the HDB neighbourhood for residents. From July 2020, we manage and improve HDB residential estates in Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC, and Marymount SMC.
