There are a few options to buy fully built out of the box playable competitive decks that will run you in the $60 to $70 usd range, but most decks even through singles will cost you roughly that much without expensive staples that most decks will want to be competitively viable.

Although some may disagree with the price, you only need the base game + Additional Card Pass Volume 1 + Additional Card Pass Volume 2 to obtain access to all cards up to Set 10/Messiah Deckset, everything else is cosmetic.

Sep 25, 2022 · The majority of vanguard players use Cardfight Area (cfa) to play online. It is a 3rd party software made by fans that, for the most part, is not automated. However it’s really convenient for playing online with friends and others. DearDays is coming out soon and I hear is going to be the best way.
Mar 31, 2023 · RRRs and especially higher rarities feel pretty good. My only other comparison is really Magic, I have some foil secret lair sets, and they bend so quickly and easily while being stored. While my Vanguard cards show only slight bending. They definitely cheapened on newer card production though.
