Apr 3, 2021 · Messages. 857. Reaction score. 333. Apr 3, 2021. #3. VQ will only give you IPv4, M1 will give you IPv6 as well. VQ will put you behind CGNAT on some plans, and you have to pay extra for a public routable address. M1 gives you 1 public IPv4 and many public IPv6 addresses.
So far only on my wifi connected devices experiences these along with youtube/facebook videos and video calling (bascially large data) doesnt seem to work. But doubt could be the power adapter as power light indicator is solid green all the while. Test it out on wired. If only happens on wifi, issue not with isp. D.
Dec 23, 2021 · YMMV. 1) Best in terms of stability: most of ISPs are okay, except Viewquest. 2) Fastest: all ISPs are okay, staticsticks may still show Viewquest and MyRepulic are the fastest, however, this is more likely due to the user base (more power users) 3) Best in terms of offer for new users and recontract users: Starhub.

After the network was down for a few hours, the GE ports on the ONR couldn't connect anywhere, although the 10Gbps port worked. The 10Gbps subnet seemed to change from 192.168.1 to 192.168.4, while the GE ports remained at 192.168.1.
CGNAT is bad, but it will become increasingly required until everything moves to IPv6. IPv6 is the proper solution, CGNAT is a temporary kludge required to keep legacy IPv4 working. The more the rollout of IPv6 is delayed, the more pain people are going to suffer as they are increasingly forced onto CGNAT.

I had 2 occassions of loss connection for 12.5 hours (26 May 2018) and 12 hours (12 June 2018) and intermittent connection loss on 3 to 4 times for a period 5 weeks.
