Apr 15, 2023 · This was designed to fill some major fundamental flaws the Internet Archive has been lacking in. One major problem is, that the IA, using keyword search on their main site you have to make it go to a specific collection rather than the whole Wayback machine. Another problem is for search, the IA is based out of SF.
Once you're on that site click on the three dots and then click on download. Explanation for the link creation if you need it for more videos: you simply copy the link u/colethedj sent and add the YouTube video ID behind that link, in this case bKfRqJYR_1U. Hope this helps. Helped today!
Dec 23, 2021 · As of December 2020, the Wayback Machine contains over 70 petabytes of data. It's absolutely enormous. Apparently, there are around 800,000 YouTube videos archived on there. Many of these videos are no longer available on the actual site, and the Wayback Machine is often the only place they even exist anymore.

Mar 8, 2023 · So basically, the Wayback Machine and Archive.org work by periodically crawling the web and taking snapshots of websites, which they then store on their servers. These snapshots are kind of like a backup of a website, allowing users to see what a site looked like in the past.

Nov 15, 2019 · No matter, we have the internet archive! But every time I go to a cached version on web.archive.org, the page will load the article, then reload it with a broken link showing nothing. Here is the original article. Here are all of the captures. Here is the first archive link I was able to snag before the page reloads. Is this normal?
