Mar 19, 2022 · I have upgraded 5 computers so far from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Windows security is missing, this should have been fixed in at least a newer Microsoft Windows update. Microsoft needs to get off their lazy **** and learn how to properly unit test. After Windows 11 upgrade the new Windows Security is introduced yet not installed.

I read that as of late last month, Microsoft 365 Personal includes Microsoft Defender and that it's a separate app. However, Windows comes with Windows Security which used to be called Defender years ago.
