Oct 26, 2019 · Created on September 19, 2019. soui_dummy_wnd. i keep getting this every time I go to restart or shut down my pc. What is this and how do I get rid of it? It isn't listed in applications. I have checked. This is preventing me from doing a clean restart/shut down.

It depends what type of license you have: Download Windows 7 Disc Images (ISO Files) - Microsoft. Microsoft doesn't supply them for OEM preinstalled licenses (Dell, HP, etc.).
