Jul 27, 2023 · Have you tried checking your account's sync settings in the Mail app? In the Mail app, click on Settings icon > Manage accounts > click on your Yahoo account > click on Change mailbox sync settings > make sure that the Download new content is set to "as items arrive" and Download email from is set to "any time".

Dec 2, 2021 · I can receive emails sent to my Outlook.com email address but the ones from the Yahoo account no longer come into my Inbox. I have tried multiple things including deleting the lynced Yahoo account on the settings tab in Outlook.com. Now the option to add the Yahoo account back in no longer appears under the sync setting in Outlook.
