Yusof Ishak Secondary School (YISS) invites Primary 6 students to participate in the DSA-SEC Exercise. Under this exercise, successful applicants will gain admission into YISS for the academic year beginning January 2025.

Students who are in school on Saturdays or school holidays for remedial, make-up lessons, self-study or CCA, must be in their school uniform. (School CCA -shirts are T allowed. However, students must be in proper school pants, shorts or skorts, and proper shoes).
The school now hosts a Centre for Teaching & Learning Excellence. This Centre is a unique collaboration between our school, Academy of Singapore Teachers (AST), the National Institute of Education (NIE) and the Ministry of Education (MOE).

Yusof Ishak Secondary School was established in 1965 as Jubilee Integrated Secondary School. It was an integrated school offering secondary education to an enrolment of 984 pupils and 37 teachers of two streams, in English and Malay.
