There is a posting bot in 1337x chat room, which posts all the links to the chatroom about the torrents that are been uploaded to the site in real time. 2 weeks ago the bot suddenly stopped posting, and the admins decided to fix that.

It's just a proxy. Since torrent sites so longer need.torrent files and instead use magnets, their entire website is miniscule. So when the RIAA or the FBI thinks that's finally got the big bad torrent tracking, 5 proxys pop up and not a single one needs a tracker thanks for magnet links and decentralization.

Jan 29, 2023 · 1337x uses Cloudflare. Try enabling DNS over HTTPS and Encrypted ClientHello in your browser. Set the DoH server to Google or Cloudflare DNS for example. If you have that enabled, there is actually no way to block 1337x at the network level without blocking all of Cloudflare.
