Following the conclusion of the 2024 Concacaf Champions Cup Round of 16, Concacaf has confirmed the pairings and schedule for the tournament's Third Round. The four home-and-away Quarterfinal series will take place April 2-3 (first legs) and April 9-10 (second legs) and will determine the four clubs advancing to the Semifinals.
