Here's what I'm considering: ASUS ROG Zephyrus G16 GU603VV (GU603VV-G16.I74060) - 1920x1200, 165hz, Intel Core i7-13620H, DDR4, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060, price 1391$.
Oct 28, 2024 · The gaming laptops with the highest consumer ratings are Lenovo and HP. I've owned many gaming laptops through the years, and I will only buy from these two brands now. Everything else has problems and low build quality. I've had MSi, Asus, Acer, Sager, etc. Do yourself a favor and get either a Lenovo or HP.
Nov 13, 2023 · Nov 13, 2023. #2. Its a good laptop but wont be enough for Alan Wake 2, my own RTX 3070ti laptop gave me 6-7fps with everything on ultra including the Ray Tracing and DLSS turned off. Alan Wake 2 is badly optimized, im just gonna wait for a few weeks for the game to get a few updates and get optimized a bit to make it playable.

For a laptop of this budget level and for high refresh gaming, 3000Mhz RAM might be both realistic and desirable. But saying abstractly that it's 'required for 240hz' is wrong on so many levels.
Apr 25, 2020 · Prices vary by country, so a laptop that costs $800 in the USA might cost the equivalent of $1000 in a different country, for instance. You're not going to find a gaming laptop for ~$500 even in the USA though. Something with an entry level gaming graphics card like a GTX 1650 would maybe start from ~$800 or more.

Jan 21, 2024 · imo it's a very nice option for a gaming laptop. first thing I'd do, is try to hit +2500mhz on that gpu with a custom voltage curve in afterburner. acccording to tpu, the base 50w/1750w version of this card is as powerful as a gtx1070, the 105w/2350mhz should be a lot better. and it has dlss2 and dlss3 if the card struggles.
