  4. Gaia is a fantastic place to hit the books, but the snag is that all the breakout rooms are nearly always taken. I get that it's first-come, first-served for the breakout rooms, but I seriously suspect that many folks reserve a room in the morning and keep it locked down all day, even using it the next day.
