In the original example and discussion ' [in] this way' means something like 'in this manner' -- it describes a method of doing something. In Lady Gaga's song 'this way' describes Lady Gaga, and who she is. She was born with the characteristics she has now.

However, if what you're meaning is "let's put it this way" that phrase usually is equivalent to "in other words" but it can be a bit on the "rude" or "blunt" side depending upon the situation. Jan 10, 2019 · "Send my way" is an alternate way of saying "tell me about" but because a job is a type of "thing" it is spoken of like it's a package or something. Depending on their relationship, Eddie might or might not be inclined to tell the speaker about all the jobs he knows.

It doesn't matter how many languages you present them with... It really just means "to present someone with a problem" or something difficult to resolve.

" So tha t" is shorter and is probably more common. Many editors recommend replacing " in such a way that " with " so that ". This is because "so that" isn't as wordy.
