Aug 15, 2022 · Class action lawsuit for paint issues. Over the summer I began to have issues with my 2016 Escalade ESV hood and roof paint fadung. There is currently a class action lawsuit underway against GM for this issue that includes '15 to '19 Silverado/Sierra, Taho/Yukon, and Suburban/Yukno XL vehicles. Unfortunately the Escalades were not included.
