"When a player logs in and the account has @disabled.ea.com on it, the first thing you do is reset the password with the original email that was linked to the account. Often times what happens is when a player does this, they either reset the wrong one because they are guessing at what it is, or the system created a new EA account with that email.

Jan 31, 2023 · I then decide to try and unlink my steam and ea account from each other and attempt to relink them but I can't find a steam link option on the EA app or the EA websites connections settings; I only have one EA account. Oct 19, 2024 · I have a problem linking accounts. I ended the link in my old account and I want to link it in my new account. I finished unlinking my old account, and when I want to link my new account, I receive a message that the account is still linked.
I would need some questions about the ban, because originally I received the info that it only affects the game it was banned.
