Sep 16, 2024 · The FJR 2024 replaces and revokes the Family Justice Rules 2014 (FJR 2014). The saving and transitional provisions in FJR 2024 provide, among others, for the FJR 2014 to continue to apply to family proceedings, including appeals, filed before 15 October 2024.
This revised edition incorporates all amendments up to and including 1 December 2021 and comes into operation on 31 December 2021. An Act relating to the constitution, jurisdiction and powers of the Family Justice Courts and the administration of justice therein.
