Jan 4, 2022 · It'll give you a list and the last option being,more options (#7), select more options. It'll provide another list and just say "more options" again. The last list will provide a "it's something else" option which you'll need your tracking number for. That'll get you to a live "person". Good luck lol.

It will ask for your tracking number, just say "I don't know". Then, you will be transferred to a representative.
