Apr 13, 2022 · Apparently, Fedex cannot track your package without your tracking number; so if you lose the single piece of paper with the tracking number on it, you have no options —they cannot track the package with the recipient address or return address, name, date of shipment, DOB, etc. (an insane policy that does not address the world's most predictable problem: losing a receipt)
Jul 29, 2021 · The API returns the tracking data in JSON format, which Power Query can consume, format and load to either the spreadsheet, Power Pivot data model or Power BI. You will need to teach yourself a little bit about APIs in general, then have a play around with the FedEx API to generate the data in the exact format you want.
Dec 11, 2020 · Called the posted number Said "lost package" Gave the tracking number, I entered it from my keypad. I seriously doubt this made a difference but it's something to try if their voice recognition is giving you a hard time. Was transferred to a human agent.
Aug 6, 2019 · Great. There is a FedEx drop box at my work (downtown Los Angeles), so on Wednesday (7/31) I prepared the package and affixed the label and dropped it in the drop box. On Saturday (8/3), I checked the tracking number and got a message stating “Not found This tracking number cannot by found, please check the number or contact the sender.”
Jun 20, 2020 · The first one says the package was delivered but I never received it and the second tracking number it says its in transit “at the fedex destination facility.” Seems like it was last scanned at the local fedex facility at 12AM last night. Does this mean my package has bee found and will be delivered to me? Hopefully those info helps
The customer service options are telling me 3 different statuses for the same tracking number and I can’t get a human being on the phone to save my life. I might have to just drive to a store and start knocking things off the shelves until someone acknowledges that I actually exist.

Anybody been in this boat before, any advice is appreciated! Edit: Found a solution. Apparently thats the bar code number and the tracking is the characters 21 through 34.
May 31, 2023 · The master tracking number has nothing to do with the physical process. It’s just for tracking purposes. “If a shipment includes many individual pieces, FedEx assigns each parcel a tracking number, but makes one of those the “master tracking number.” You can use that number to track all associated pieces of the shipment.”
Apr 22, 2021 · We get that a lot. The shipper will sometimes break down your order into multiple boxes, but improperly only make an exact duplicate label, instead of a new label with new tracking. In fedex's eyes, they're getting away without paying for a shipment. You shouldn't be charged, but the shipper probably will.
Dec 6, 2021 · I just ordered the edge plus got the order number email. And I have yet to get a email from any shipping company. I've tried the number on is and fedx. Boost even has a order number tracker I tired that and says it's invalid... I'm very nervous tbh.
