  1. Feb 14, 2022 · G2A's safe as long as you buy from sellers who don't pull shady stuff on you. I'd check the sellers reviews so you know if they're shady or not. I once used a seller who gifted me Battlefield 2042 instead of sending me a Steam key like you're supposed to. That being said, that was the only bad experience I've had out of the 9 games I bought there.

  2. Apr 18, 2015 · Boys ngl, I bought 2 legendary keys on G2A, each for 1,52 €. I got bomber crew for 19,99€ and Warhammer 40,000 sanctus reach for 27,99€. So worth for me. they aren't the games I want but I didn't even expected one of them and at least I have profit.

  3. May 23, 2023 · I just bought my first thing off of g2a. I thought it was a steam key as my friends told me about g2a having cheap games in the form of a steam key. I didnt read carefully enough and i accidentally bought a whole account with just the game on it.

  5. Sep 16, 2015 · I've bought a good few Steam keys from G2A. I've only had an issue with an invalid key once, and G2A refunded me within a few minutes. You have to purchase the insurance when paying for your key, but it's something like 1.50. Worth it. The reason I got stung was because I never checked the seller's rating.

  6. Apr 16, 2016 · People selling their own games at a discount to a distributor, who in turn, sells the keys there People who get free game codes for promotions and sell them The main reason is people buying games through steam on sale, with a special coupon they get from a steam sale (I think) which makes the games super dirt cheap.

  7. The main purpose of key sites like G2A is to wash money, so be aware that games you are purchasing are bought with dirty money. Many developers already spoke out about key sites and told the public that they'd rather have consumers pirate their games than use those sites, and as an indie dev, I 100% agree with that statement.

  8. Jan 15, 2022 · I flipped on g2a about this, it's so uneccasary and shady to be allowing people to buy 3rd party steam accounts and completely wipe away the point of having your own account. There is no way around it and if you try to email steam about it they'll lock your account down for purchasing 3rd party accounts and games. Happened to me last year.

  9. Jan 20, 2021 · Only buy games from big Corps. Idc if EA or Activision or Ubisoft get fucked over, but not indie or small studios. I also never created an account, used a burner email to receive keys and always used PayPal. Ethics aside, they usually are the cheapest way to get AAA games, which is great if you're poor and don't want to risk piracy.
