梁詠琪 （英語： Gigi Leung Wing Kei，1976年3月25日 [3][4]—）， 香港 女歌手 、 演員 、 詞曲作家 及 模特兒。 曾憑藉主唱《向左走·向右走》電影插曲《迴旋木馬的終端》獲得 2003年金馬獎 最佳原創電影歌曲。 除了為自己創作多首作品如《花火》、《高妹正傳》外，也為其他歌手作曲，例如 李克勤 《高妹》、 鄭秀文 《跳傘》、《落錯車》等歌曲。 2000年起為 日本 美容產品公司 FANCL 擔任代言人。 梁詠琪亦擅長 美術 設計與 插畫，曾為香港 九龍灣 德福廣場 擔任短期的商場美術顧問，曾與I.T旗下鞋履品牌Venilla suite合作推出"Venilla suite de Gigi"系列。 2003年獲頒 香港十大傑出青年。
