Google Maps in Singapore has really gone downhill lately. It keeps asking me to walk despite bus connections being available. I don't mind walking, but i'm not always dressed appropriately to handle walking in 34 deg weather, but Google insists on deciding for me 🙃

Google maps' algo integrates into "total travel time" including walking, bus wait times at your bus stop, transfer time, etc. Give it a try, if you're going into a bus stop with multiple buses to your destination, depending on the buses' arrival times, you'll get different routes as each bus passes.
Google Maps also sucks when you need to change over bus/MRT or MRT/MRT. Rather send you halfway across the country to get to that one interchange than give you a path with more legs. Citymapper is the most reliable for public transport directions in Singapore.
Dec 19, 2022 · No need to trouble yourself. Just download the MyTransport app which has a feature that shows you all the cycling routes. This is really just a bus timing app but it has quite a lot of useful features for travelling in Singapore in general. You can easily update google maps with new bike paths as you find them.

Nov 5, 2022 · Link to map. Overview of TEL3 stations on a Google Maps layer. So, with this layer, can add to Google Maps and see more clearly. Notes: Bright red icon for existing stations. Grayed out icon for stations that are not opening yet. I don't know why Founder's Memorial station is in the dataset, should be part of TEL4.
