Verify your Business Profile: When you verify your business, people can find it on Maps, Search, and other Google services. To answer a review, you need to have a verified business. Remind customers to leave reviews: Tell your customers that it's easy and quick to write a review. Don't give them anything to try to get them to write a review.
Reviews are taken down if others label them as inaccurate or if they don’t comply with Google’s review policies. On your computer, open Google Maps. Find the review that violates Google's review policies. Next to the review, click More Flag as inappropriate. Select the reason you want to report the review.
On your computer, go to Google Maps or use Google Search. Google Maps: At the bottom right, tap Business. Google Search: In the search bar, enter your business name. Click Read Reviews. Next to the review you’d like to reply to, click Reply. To edit your reply: On your reply, click Edit. To delete your reply: On your reply, click Delete.
