Dec 4, 2011 · If i have not mistake, from Dec 1 2016, residents who buy season parking for HDB carparks within their own estate will pay $80 per month for surface and $110 for sheltered carparks for their first car. Non-residents will pay rates of $90 for surface and $120 for sheltered carparks.
Feb 1, 2012 · Csyip. Neutral Newbie. 0. February 1, 2012. If you are not a resident living near the carpark, you can only purchase season parking for 7am~7pm, example season parking near workplace. and even that you need to show proof (letter of employment) to HDB to buy such season parking.

I bought season carpark under my own car.but now still with car mechanic. they able to lend me a temporary car. for like 2-3 days. Read HWZ Forum Rules!

Dec 22, 2014 · Calling the HDB Tel: 1800 225 5432 after you leave the carpark, e.g. doing a car swap to collect new car. Provide the new IU number to HDB (get it early from the AD or car dealer), it takes just 15 minutes for them to update. They will ask if you need a new RFID, else just keep the old one since you retaining the car plate.
Sep 20, 2016 · Call your town council immediately tell them your carplate number and where u park. Tell them u have season parking but the label cannot be transferred.
