A follow up question: when I select "word" format the program 1) still requires that I approve the conversion to word format (i.e., vs. excel or another format) and 2) that I select where I want it saved (when this is part of the "Save" function) and 3) what the file name should be (again, part of the "Save" function ...
Feb 23, 2018 · Instead of using PDFMaker, try instead using the regular Print function in Word. After hitting Crtl-P select "Adobe PDF" as the printer and the first option under Settings is "Print All Pages". One of the dropdown items is "Print Markup" and if you uncheck this the markup will not appear in the resultant PDF.

Choose any one of these formats: Microsoft Word (DOCX) (etc) Once the format is selected, click on the gear icon that appears and choose the export options that best fit your needs.
Sep 4, 2011 · There are typically 2 factors that might create this result. The first is that you do not have WORD set to use the Adobe PDF printer when you are printing (though I do not think this is the issue). You might check to see if in OFFICE 2010 that the printer metrics are used in the layout and use this in your mind set.
Dec 5, 2023 · Select the Conversion Settings profile you want to use and then click on Advanced Settings. Switch to the Fonts section and tick "Embed all fonts" (if it's not ticked already). If you want, save the profile under a new name and then use it when converting your file to a PDF. To be clear, this isn't Adobe support.
