An authorized 3rd party seller can not revoke a key, so they do not offer refunds on game keys. Well I know I have gotten refunds for multiple games I have redeemed and played.

If you have under 2 hours and it was bought /less than/ 6 months ago, then you have some chance to get a refund if you contact Valve and they decide to give you one.
