Jun 9, 2017 · After a few stops and starts with my retrieval, once we actually got the process started my first IVF round from retrieval to transfer was successful. We did PGS testing so a frozen embryo transfer as a result with one 5-day embryo. Found out I was pregnant in February and am now 18 weeks pregnant. Best of luck!

Yesterday, I got the news from my doctor that my FSH is in the normal range, but my AMH is 0.03, so almost non-existant. I have been crying off and on and just feel so sad.
Aug 13, 2019 · Regarding protocols/questions: I mostly mean that I would research as much as possible about what other clinics in the country are doing to positively impact success rates for women who are 40+. For instance, I read somewhere that harvesting eggs slightly sooner for 40+ patients can result in embryos of higher quality.
Mar 10, 2017 · Yes! I have a 19 month old daughter and am 27 weeks pregnant with my second daughter. Both are due to donor egg IVF. I tried unsuccessfully using my own eggs first, going through 3 IUIs and 2 IVFs to no avail. I got pregnant with our daughter on the fresh cycle with donor egg IVF and through a FET using an embryo from the same batch. Like.

Randine Lewis' book THE INFERTILITY CURE is helpful with specific diet, acupuncture points, and herbs and more, plus wonderful anecdotes and success stories, albeit they're all under 45, but so what!! Don't give up!
Feb 8, 2021 · We moved to donor eggs and I had babies at (almost) 43, then 44 then 45. Perhaps this was an easier punt for me than some because I had my own genetic children born in my 20s. We chose a donor who had all my husband’s dark coloring (skin, eyes, hair) instead of a pasty white skinned blonde with blue eyes like me.
Nov 5, 2023 · You have plenty of embryos. I only have 1 passed PGT-A. Considering I am 35+ already, we decided to transfer this embryo ASAP. My Dr. says in my age group, 1st FET success rate is 70%, if 1st failed, then 2nd FET success rate is 80%. If 2nd failed, then 3rd FET success rate is 90%.

Based on my scans, getting slightly worried we will only get 10 and given the attrition at each step, just nervous we will get even 1 healthy embryo. Please share your stories!

Then took a few months break took ovasitol and ubiquinol and lost 20-30lbs through a low carb diet. IVF #2: retrieved 27 eggs icsi fertilized 21 ended with 13 blastocysts day 5. 6 pgs normal 2 low mosaic and 5 untested.
