The enhancement of the MINDEF and MHA Group Insurance was announced during MINDEF's Committee of Supply Debate in March 2022. Since 2016, MINDEF and MHA have been providing Group Term Life (GTL) and Group Personal Accident (GPA) insurance for all NSFs, NSmen, eligible volunteers and regulars in MINDEF/SAF and the Home Team.
