Nov 20, 2014 · GeForce Experience is really slow with downloading driver updates. Its goes at 400KB/s then slows down and pauses in between randomly for minutes at a time. Dec 8, 2016 · Restart in safe mode and run DDU "clean and restart" option. Once booted back into Windows normal mode, run the Nvidia driver installer. Do a "custom install", and deselect all the crap you don't want (for me, I only leave the physx and display driver selected). Also select the "clean install" option. That's all.
Sep 13, 2022 · It constantly takes forever to download a new driver, takes even longer to install it. Even once you get it working it takes 2-4 times longer doing each of those things than a standalone! Its absolutely idiotic that they cant manage their own freaking drivers in their own application that they created specifically to manage their drivers.

A lot of people say they don't like GeForce experience just because it's unnecessary, however there are some features of it that I like, such as shadowplay, ansel, fps meter, etc.
