History is stored in the profile folder and cache is stored in the cache folder. Opera recently changed the location of profile-specific files and cache to be in folders named "Default".

Assuming 32-bit WinXP with Opera 12 installed to the default all users location of "C:\Program Files\Opera", the location of the bookmarks file should be "C:\Documents and Settings\yourusername\Application Data\Opera\Opera\bookmarks.adr" if I remember correctly.

This is because Opera blocks cross-site requests to prevent sites from giving your data to other sites. Disabling your ad-blockers won't fix this issue. The Cloudflare check works in Chrome.
