double click the skin to erase parts. save and copy the skin .png link. do it for all the skins you want just a part. now, open any skin, and start loading your saved skins parts (past the save .png url in URL field, check `part` and load). They will be added as layers.

Dec 28, 2018 · On Skindex, in the editor, there are two options: Body - the inside layer. Mainly use it for eyes and the face and clothes. Outer Layer - uh, name says it all. Mainly use it for touch-ups like glasses and sleeve cuffs. Hopefully this helped <3
Or paint.NET, its a pretty useful program, its an image editing program like photoshop, but more basic.With it you can add two skins over layers and edit it to what you want.

I too spent so much time on a skin I was working on, and when I uploaded it it was backwards I can't necessarily fix it for you, since I see a lot of time has passed since then, BUT I will tell you there is a website that reverses the skin (NOT INCLUDING THE HAT EXTENSION) for you!
