Aug 22, 2020 · blackdeth59 About two weeks ago I was using the Razer THX spatial audio app perfectly fine until either a windows update or an update to the Spatial Audio software happened. Now it will not open and in the Windows audio settings, when I choose THX Spatial, no sound is put through and I could only use the sound from my realtek speakers.

I can't get a code for using the THX SPATIAL AUDIO program on my headphones, after registration I was given only 2 days of trial use, but as far as I know, either a code or a full subscription to the serial number of the product, should go to this model on website (Razer Blackshark V2) Best answer by FiszPL.
Nov 8, 2023 · In Synapse, I can toggle the spatial audio setting on and off, but it does not work. On top of this, the light indicator on my headset next to the button that toggles spatial audio no longer lights up. I cant find any reason why it would have stopped working so suddenly. There used to be an audio output option called “THX Spatial (Synapse)”.
Feb 4, 2024 · Insider Mini. I’m using a Razer Barracuda X (2022) headset and paid for THX Spatial Audio, but the program starts multiple times on Windows startup and is getting really annoying !!! Auto-Launch is disabled in both checkboxes and it STILL starts on top of everything else multiple times! Tried reinstalling the program but doesn’t help at all.

Nov 17, 2023 · I also have a Blackshark V2. I had to completely uninstall and reinstall synapse. In the process I also uninstalled THX audio (the standalone extra application). After reinstalling Synapse, the THX Spatial Audio slider/button works. The EQ works. There is no longer a THX speaker to choose in windows speaker list.
Nov 13, 2023 · We have embedded THX Spatial Audio into your relevant headsets to minimize the amount of clutter in your output devices. Now, you can simply select “Razer Headset” and if it is a THX Spatial Audio-supported model, it will work seamlessly. I don’t hear any difference even when selecting that and toggling between Stereo and THX Spatial Audio.
Feb 27, 2023 · THX Spatial Audio causing Windows audio device graph isolation to use alot of CPU. Hi guys! Hi Razer team! So, as the title suggest, THX Spatial Audio has a CPU problem, a very old problem it seams. i found a work around: go to Task Manager → Services an then restart the Windows Audio service. After the restart everything is working as intended.

Jan 13, 2019 · After some long talks with support yesterday, I think I've accidentally come across a solution that does not involve sacrificing either your EQ settings or THX Surround Sound. Create a blank profile within Synapse and calibrate THX Surround Sound (it's the same as "Spatial Audio", so gonna go with Surround to avoid confusion).
