Jun 7, 2024 · First I downloaded it via Github, then I switched to UE5-main. After everything was synchronized, I ran “Setup.bat”, when I finished I ran “GenerateProjectFiles.bat”, then I opened UE5.sln, here I left it in "Development Editor, Win64. I right-clicked on “UE5” and clicked on BUILD, after about 4 hours it compiled.

Sep 1, 2017 · Ok, So I did a fresh installation of Epic Games Launcher and was trying to download Engine V 4.17.1 I was getting constant 300 KB/s download rate until 25%. Then suddenly the download rate went down to 0 B/s. I tried restarting the launcher, signing out and back in. But nothing seems to bring the download rate back up. Jan 13, 2020 · It is no longer available from Epic Games, although there is a post around here that lists some links where you can still download it. I think you can still download UDK from Steam. Open your Steam client. Go to Library. In the filter (which is probably set to Games), select Tools. You should see Unreal Development Kit listed.
