Feb 22, 2016 · I am having trouble with Win Media Player / Windows 10, and online instructions say to go to Tools > Options, but I can't find Tools! Here's a screen shot. I don't see anything like Tools, Settings, etc. Where is it? Clicking the little logo upper left next to "Windows Media Player" only gives options to close the app. Thanks.

Jan 5, 2024 · I am assuming that this problem only began after a recent update. Just recently, every time I try to load a video through Windows Media Player it takes about 10 seconds to play the audio, and then another 20 seconds to play the video. It is very frustrating as I have a lot of work to get done requiring video playback.
