Mar 25, 2024 · Bloody awful experience with Windscribe last time there was a deal. VPN simply didn't work. I have other subscriptions, so I know it isn't my computer or connection. Customer service promised to refund my money if they couldn't troubleshoot a solution. When they couldn't figure it out, they then refused to give me my money back.

Apr 13, 2019 · The rt-ac1900p should be okay for 4k with a single vpn connection. There are set up instructions for the Asus routers on the Windscribe website. A cheaper alternative would be to connect a laptop running Windscribe to the tv's video input.

I renewed another 2 years for $69 USD (~$90 CAD - 80% cashback should be ~$20 CAD for the 2 years). Unfortunately, cashback is only at 20% today. Surfshark is 95% off on rakuten today.
