Floyd E. Norman (born June 22, 1935) is an American animator, writer, and cartoonist. Over the course of his career, he has worked for various animation companies, among them Walt Disney Animation Studios , Hanna-Barbera Productions , Ruby-Spears , Film Roman and Pixar .
Floyd Norman is a writer and animator who worked on Disney classics such as The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Mulan and Dinosaur. He was also the first African American animator at Disney and wrote a book about his experience.
