In Voyager Icheb was a late-teen, maybe getting toward 20 at most, when the ship got back to Earth in 2378 (Intiraymi was in his early 20s at the time). Icheb was killed in 2386, putting him in his late 20s (which fits with being a lieutenant).

He did not only play a recurring character on ENT but also two (or 6 depending on how you count, playing 5 different clones of Weyoun) recurring characters on DS9 (in one episode even both of them), plus appearing as one-off characters on VOY, ENT and two different ones on DS9, not to mention various voices in Star Trek video ...
Note that while his original motivation 15 years ago was honouring Lily, it's also quite likely that he developed other motivations in the meantime - genuine respect, trust and/or caring for Dumbledore and what he represented.

The maximum capacity for powering the shield, under constant load, is 3333.3 recurring years.
Feb 10, 2012 · In Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace, the Trade Federation blockades Naboo at the start of the film. The opening crawl says the reason for this is due to taxes the Republic is charging. However, it's not really clear to me how this would help them with a taxation issue.

CHAKOTAY: We have a complement of thirty eight photon torpedoes at our disposal, Captain. JANEWAY: And no way to replace them after they're gone.

"In the margin my father wrote: 'There should not be supposed more than say 3 or at most 7 ever existed.'". But as you noticed, there are plenty of references in earlier writings to the existence of a great deal of Balrogs.
