Aaron Luke Smith (born 21 November 1988) is a New Zealand professional rugby union player. A scrum half, Smith played for the Highlanders in Super Rugby where upon retirement in 2023 was the club's all time leader in caps, and for Manawatu in the ITM Cup.
Aaron Smith is the most-capped scrum half to ever represent New Zealand. He won the Rugby World Cup in 2015 and he's also the all-time leader in caps for the Highlanders in Super Rugby. Aaron Smith was inducted into the RugbyPass Hall of Fame in 2021.
