This is a known issue with NetComm Wirelesss... Symptom of the issue is, 2.4 Ghz wifi band/network/SSID will dis-appear and users are unable to connect. 5Ghz and Ethernet connection works as normal. I had this exact symptom with a couple of different client computers unable to discover the 2.4GHz WiFi from the NF18ACV.
many still don't - a lot, mostly in older homes, simply have exhaust fans that exhaust into the ceiling, as mine is, or ducted to the outside. at the very least i'd have a ducted exhaust fan rather than nothing at all. The duct should be auto opening when it's on so you don't loose warm air from inside the home when it isn't being used
stevejack. 02 is usually a water problem, you'll need to check a few things. Make sure the solenoid is letting water into the unit and make sure the float valve is opening properly. Also check your dump valve if it has one. Sometimes these valves will jam open (through failure) and the water comes into the unit and runs straight out.
Always worth collecting any liquid from the drain tube when you do this to see if it is in fact doing it's job, and show you what you have washed out. Air Conditioning Purification Treatment. Inverters only "talk" to the 2.4ghz network and the Telstra Smart Modem 2 is operating on the 5ghz band, so Mum's TV, mobile etc are all connected on the 5ghz band. We tried everything – tried adding a guest network locked to the 2.4ghz band, turned off band steering, restarted the modem, played around with the wifi settings and couldn't get the 2.4ghz band up and going.

The voicemail box recognises the hash key frequencies as indicating that you've finished leaving your message. This will close the voicemail box against any further messaging for that call session. It may also initiate a circuit clear down back towards you in an attempt to reduce unnecessary circuit holding time.
