What is nora? nora is the official emergency call app of the German federal states. nora connects you directly with the responsible police, fire brigade and rescue service emergency control centres – just like calling 110 or 112.
The emergency call app nora is an additional way to reach police, fire brigade and rescue services without a voice call. All other contact channels remain available. You can still use the emergency numbers 110 (police) and 112 (fire brigade/rescue service) for a voice emergency call or emergency fax.
The availability of the emergency call app nora, which has been offered since September 2021, is temporarily suspended in the app stores.
