If you have a brain and didn't make a fool of yourself in your demo lesson, you'll probably be offered a position. Although, sometimes their decisions make no sense. It doesn't really affect new teachers overall, since Interac North tries to keep ALTs from interacting these days and their eyes and ears can be protected from opinions that aren't 100% positive.

As a few others have said your experience is heavily weighted on your branch manager, and BoE. From my experience I would say your school experience is weighted heavily on BoE, and your life outside of school is your Branch.
